the headers on the print job (url, title, date/time, etc.) should be able to be
turned off, as sometimes it's nice to print w/o the headers
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
open the print dialog
Actual Results: there is no option to turn the headers off
Expected Results: there should be.

Duplicate of "Add UI to turn on/off print headers/footers"
The option already exists; see
http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/modules/libpref/src/init/all.js#197 for
the prefs and their default values. All that's needed is a pretty user
interface, but anyone with a text editor can already add these to user.js/prefs.js
