OS version: 2.2 nightly Build identifier: 20140929040202 Platform Version: 35.0a1 Steps to reproduce: Make sure screen is off. Receive a phone call Expected results: User is able to answer Actual results: Sometimes, user is unable to answer calls. This is reproducing when contact name is not displayed when receiving the call.
