Win32 Nightly 2001103003 <- type that 3 times fast...
Attached is a screenshot that says more than I can.
Apparently, the URL bar drop down is not constrained to its parent container's
width but rather finds its width limit to be the actual screen size.

dup of Bug 83944
works good in Mozilla 0.9.5/Linux.
URL bar drop down is appropriate width.
