I'm seeing both pending and running job icons for the same jobs. 

ie: the pending jobs weren't morphed to running ones, when they started running - we now have two sets of identical jobs. (See screenshot)

Those jobs are different because they were requested at different times. My first guess is that someone canceled the pending jobs via self-serve and then requested new jobs for the same push (see bug 1059909).

Retriggers are labelled with the requesting users' email address when viewing the each job on https://secure.pub.build.mozilla.org/buildapi/self-serve/mozilla-inbound/rev/9f5ced212c7d - and I can't see any such annotation?
