Mozilla 9.5 lays out the teemaster pages incorrectly. Earlier versions of
Mozilla worked ok.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to www.teemaster.com
2. Book tee time
3. Select area
Actual Results: Each of the pages displays incorrectly.
Expected Results: Pages should be displayed correctly.

This problem only occurs in quirks mode, in standards mode Mozilla renders the
table just like IE6. Dependant on bug 225382?
