Description:
When language is set to Portuguese a device you are sending a file via bluetooth to can cancel the transfer causing a notification banner with truncated text to pop up. The text, "File could not be sent", is not truncated in English.
   
Repro Steps:
Pre-requisite: Paired and connected with a device that can recieve files
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141003000203
2) Launch gallery app and select a picture
3) Select share button then press Bluetooth
4) Send file to device "B"
5) Accept file on device "B" but cancel in the middle of transfer
  
Actual:
A notification banner appears with truncated text "File could not be sent"
  
Expected: 
The "File could not be sent" banner is not truncated

I've made the necessary changes to correct the issue on http://mozilla.locamotion.org/pt/firefoxos/ (see attachment). When the changes are pushed to gaia-l10n the issue should be resolved.
