Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0 Build ID: 20140924083922 Steps to reproduce: When I want to go on a website or search something, for exemple "about:config" I type it on the url bar. 1) Click on the url bar 2) Type about:config Actual results: Instead of typing "about:config", Firefox autofilled the URL bar with amazon. So the result is "amazon.combout:config". If I see that Firefox autofilled with "amazon.com" and try to erase the "mazon.com" part, it underlines it, and when I write something else it deletes the "a" that was left... This bug happens with every character so it is very annoying, I am considerating switching to another browser just beacause of that. By the way, I tried to set enable.urlbar.autofill (or something like that) to false, but it didn't help. Expected results: The autofill should only suggest an url, not force it. If you type something else it should delete the hilighted suggestion and not add it to what the user is typing! Thanks for your help !

I forget which bug this was but I believe it is fixed on Firefox Beta. Mind checking, Firefox Beta on Google Play?
