nsSTSPreloadList appears to be autogenerated weekly.

This week's autogenerated version:
https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/b3fb5bdc588c
has a lot more entries in the error list.

This looks like a regression from the extra parameter added in https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/aeacfe204b8d .

I'm not sure how bad this is, but nominating for tracking; I'm hoping somebody else can comment.
