Details

In the latest NECKO builds 1999072908 for Mac and Linux, trying to open the Safe
Form Fill dialog and clicking on OK in the Confirm Save Wallet Info dialog
causes crash.

Steps:
1. Fill out wallet info and goto the amazon.com page
2. Goto Edit | Wallet | Safe Form Fill

Machines & Builds:
MacOS 8.5.1 build 1999072908
Linux RH 6 build 1999072908

Note: this needs to verified for Win32, since i cannot launch apprunner on Win98

Yes, this one is pretty serious -- all of wallet is now busted.  I've already
raised a red flag on this one.  I expect we are going to get loads of bug
reports on this, now that necko has been turned on.

Bulk move of all Necko (to be deleted component) bugs to new Networking

component.
