We can use symbols1.dmz.phx1.mozilla.com instead, except windows doesn't have a flow from the vlan. Does let us unblock the Fennec release, and device builds.

This is only a temporary fix, until we can get a flow configured on the firewall we failed over to (bug 1078820).

There was a merge today, but my transplanting appears to have confused hg/merge tool so that the changes didn't get into production.
