In bug 1066735 the b2g xpcshell tests were re-ordered slightly due to getting rid of the root xpcshell_b2g.ini manifest. For some reason test_client.js started consistently timing out (even if we bumped the per test timeout by 2x). Because bug 1066735 is somewhat urgent and has resulted in accidental loss of test coverage on more than one occasion, I'll have to temporarily disable this on b2g debug emulators in order to get it landed. Sorry for any inconvenience!
