"Drag-and-drop to Upload" ability on various websites that use jquery (Most likely) is non-functional with e10s enabled.

Examples:
Ponythread.com - When dragging an image file to the "Drop image here" box, the Windows icon on the right down corner of the dragged thumbnail shows the "STOP" sign and the image is not possible to drop the image on the "Drop image here" zone

Imgur.com - When dragging an image file on the webpage, the "Upload" box doesn't show up (Works correctly with e10s disabled) and when the image is dropped, the image is just opened in the browser instead of being uploaded

All addons were disabled and the tested pages were both restored pages (Pages were restored from the about:sessionrestore window after enabling and disabling e10s)
