If we had 2 extra functions on UITour, we could make the experience smother: isOnlyProfile(callback) Would check to see if there is more than one profile listed in profiles.ini. If there is only one, then we shouldn't show the prompt to setup sync. This call is very much a nice to have. startDevtoolsBrowserSync() Would open a new tab to 'about:accounts?from=devbrowserfirstrun' (or a similar URL)
