107982 - New search option: include duplicates

When searching for a bug in Bugzilla I usually leave the standard to new,
assigned and reopened, try to pick a product and component and enter some words
for the summary. I think this is the way most people try to find bugs in Bugzilla.

About most of the bugs entered in Bugzilla are duplicates what is normal since
if anyone thinks a bit different than me and entered a different summary than I
would have thougt of I will not find his bug.

Since duplicates are resolved duplicate they are not included in the normal
search so I would not even find duplicates of the bug I search even if they had
exactly the same summary that I tried.

So what would be better than having Bugzilla searched all open bugs for my query
and all duplicates of these bugs so many different summaries for the same bug
are searched and chances are much better that one of them is more simmilar to
mine (just think of most crasher bugs wich have their location in source code as
summary and not the situation where it occures).

I think this could be a good way to reduce duplicates and give better search
results.

This can already be done by selecting all statuses and resolutions --- and
DUPLICATE.

Sorry this is a dup of 24957. It has even a very similar description. (funny a
bug about finding duplicates is a dup itself...)

Don't know if I'm allowed to mark it as a duplicate since I'm only the reporter
and not the owner. Please tell me if not, I will just try...
