Arcadio, a quick scope question for you -
When we've done product logos in the past, my team has provided the canonical original file and then designers on the product UX created the many different sizes and variations needed for the product itself. Is that the way we'll be doing things here?

My assumption is yes, and we've been planning with that in mind, but I want to make sure we're all on the same page. What do you think?

Sean chatted with Stephen Horlander today, and handed over the master logo file so UX should have what they need to do the full build-out.

Only open issue at this point is the wordmark, which I'm hoping we'll resolve today (or very soon).

Don't use this. It's intentionally poor quality.

This is just so people can see what this looks like without having AI installed.

Sean - who should create PNGs from this? That feels like it's a job that should be done by someone that understands the gotchas.

Hi Joe. The plan is for the Firefox UX team to create the various assets at various sizes needed for inclusion in the product itself. Stephen Horlander did it when we updated the Firefox logo last year (for reference).

Horlander has the assets and is slicing them all up - icons, about window assets, etc, etc. We've been chatting back and forth through the entire brand process.

I'm happy to say I'm fairly in the know on all the gotchas, but UX is handling it. ;)
