Please, I would like to install the CologneBlue skin at wiki.mozilla.org.
I am using it and my ability to read and edit depends on the skin as I have heavily styled and scripted my browser against this skin.
This skin is available at Wikimedia projects and does not impose hazards to stability or security of your MediaWiki install.

I can confirm that this is indeed available on Wikipedia, and it does appear to still be actively maintained, even if it isn't bundled anymore.
I suspect heavily styling and scripting it is the only way to make it readable, though. >_<

I don't think we're going to be installing any additional skins any time soon.
If you have accessibility concerns about the default Vector skin or the alternative Modern skin, we can work with you via IRC or e-mail to get you adjusted. If there are significant issues, we should file them upstream.
