Per the migration to the new authenticated pulseguardian, Autophone will need to be updated. I've created an Autophone pulseguardian user. The pypi version of pulsebuildmonitor is still at 0.81 and doesn't contain the pulse_cfg arguments to the FactoryBuildMonitor.

mcote: when will the requisite packaged be published or should I switch the requirements over to pulling from hg rather than pypi?

Ah right, I didn't think to do a release of pulsebuildmonitor. I'll need it for logparser as well, so I'll do a release tomorrow after I confirm that it works with logparser..
