1. Enable NFC on both phones
2. Open a website
3. Tap 2 phones together

Expect result:
Shrinking UI shows correctly

Actual result:
Shrinking UI disappear

This is the result of uplifting Bug 1062136 to 2.0. To fix this i need to uplift Bug 1071510, I've already started to work on this. Should have something working tomorrow morning.
Not sure if this shouldn't be closed as a duplicate of Bug 1071510.
