Follow up from bug 1000240. The wheel icon from the spec[0] is still missing in the Call Failed view. [0]: https://people.mozilla.org/~dhenein/labs/loop-link-spec/#call-failed
Darrin, do we really want a wheel on the call failed view? What does it indicate?

The idea was that rather than removing the 'connecting' spinner, and having elements jump around, it would simply switch stated to a static red one, thus preserving all the existing layout. Does that make sense? If we can remove the connecting spinner without shifting other things around, I think we can live without it.
