Currently submissions for content for the newsletter is collected through a Google form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1lsbmxbjhnTIH6XS-dhscKprsStm9d6eDWji2zHeJh_8/viewform

or sent via email the mozilla-communities@mozilla.com

We'd like to track this work through Bugzilla instead. 

Requests should be filed under Mozilla.org > Newsletters

Responses for each field should be included as the first comment of the bug.

Bugs can be public.

Requests need to be filed under a different Product + Component. www.Mozilla.org > Newsletters is used to handle the technical implementation of email signup forms on webpages. (Mozilla.org > Newsletters does not and should not exist).


Suggestion:
Create a new component under the Product "Marketing" called "Community"?
