Currently submissions for content for the newsletter is collected through a Google form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1lsbmxbjhnTIH6XS-dhscKprsStm9d6eDWji2zHeJh_8/viewform or sent via email the mozilla-communities@mozilla.com We'd like to track this work through Bugzilla instead. Requests should be filed under Mozilla.org > Newsletters Responses for each field should be included as the first comment of the bug. Bugs can be public. Let me know if you need any additional details!

(Mozilla.org > Newsletters does not and should not exist). Suggestion: Create a new component under the Product "Marketing" called "Community"?

Ugh. So sorry about this. The form went out last week with our weekly code push. It was announced at http://globau.wordpress.com/ https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/form.comm.newsletter I will be better in the future to add a note to the closed bug dkl
