entering details in user form and clicking on save button an error message appears.

Details
Steps to replicate :
1.Login into the application.
2.Navigate to USERS menu > New User.
3.enetr all the details in the user form - name ,age address.
4.click on save button.
Expected result - a message saying" “New User has been created successfully”.
Actual result - following error messsage appears".
Please don't create test bugs in the live Bugzilla instance.
