Description:
Half the webpage is missing when bumping the phones together in landscape mode.

Prerequisite: Enable NFC on both phones. 

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Flame to Build ID: 20141008000201
2)  Open the browser app on one of the phones. 
3)  Turn the phones' orientation to landscape.
4)  Bump the phones together and observe the shrinking UI.

Actual:
Half the webpage will be missing.

Expected:
The webpage looks as expected without issue.

this issue is occurring on 2.0 Flame.

The website is still sent through NFC correctly, and this issue is not occuring on 2.2. Not nominating to block
