1081067 - stop mirroring after casting a video

Because of bug 1079767 , there is a new bug to be filed to STOP mirroring after I have started to send a video.

STR:
- start tab mirroring
- find a video and send it to the tv
- once the video stops and I have pressed 'x', I am no longer able to mirror the tab BUT the UI says 'stop mirroring' 

... and I need to 'stop mirroring' and 'start mirroring' again before I can mirror again.
