This is by design. If you take a SIM out and switch to another, you'll probably want any call log records associated with the old SIM's voicemail number to still appear as "Voicemail".

But after switch to another SIM, the number isnot a voicemail number in the new SIM.
The display for voicenumber call log should update just as the display for other call log update with contact updating.

Let's bring in Carrie. I think a reasonable alternative would be to mark the old voicemail as such. Something like "Voicemail (Other SIM)".

I don't think you take out the SIM in this bug, you just change the voicemail number in Settings. Do you agree Sync1?

Yes.
User can change the voicenumber in settings as he likes, so there may be some voicenumber items with different number displaying in call log.

Hi Doug,
For DSDS cases, can we only consider the voicemail changes rather than SIM changes? I mean, if the SIMs are swapped or removed or replaced by a new SIM, the voicemail numbers may change or may not, but if we detect this change, we display the ole history with real number (such as 777) rather than the string "Voicemail", and the SIM indicator will not change (we've evaluated this before, it will take a lot of engineering efforts).
For single SIM case, if the device detects Voicemail change, we display the old history with the real number as above, but it will not have SIM indicator in this case.
By the way, I don't want to mark the history with additional string as comment 6, because that will need translation for different locales and might occupy a lot of space.
What do you think?
Thanks!
