Details
Unexpectedly I'm show a .css file instead of an image when going to this web page and right clicking the background image on this page http://www.dot.tk/
Somebody on IRC said they too saw this behavior.

the css contains this
body{font:normal 13px Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height:18px;background:url() no-repeat center top;}
That seems valid and the empty url just becomes the stylesheet so this is a bug on the site.
