1082007 - Allow new MDN users to optin to the dev-mdc mailing list when sign up to MDN

What problems would this solve?
===============================
Currently, new MDN users are not necessarily aware that we have a mailing list to discus content on MDN. We only advertise this through the welcome email. It's good but we could improve the awareness by allowing users to optin to the mailing list directly when they create their user account on MDN.

Who would use this?
===================
Any new MDN users who wish to be a contributor to MDN.

What would users see?
=====================
A message advertising various way of reaching the MDN community (mailing list and IRC) follow by a check box to register themselves to the dev-mdc mailing list.

What would users do? What would happen as a result?
===================================================
If they check the optin checkbox, in addition to the welcome email, they'll receive an e-mail from the mailing list bot to confirm they're optin to the mailing list.

302 :shobson - should we also clean up the sign up page before we add another field to it?

:havi - do we get many newsletter sign-ups from MDN? if not, maybe we can replace that checkbox.

:groovecoder et al: can you share a screen grab/URL of where this sign-up happens? I am not aware of this sign-up, but since all Apps & Hacks sign-ups go to same back-end bucket. I have no way of seeing the point of origin of any given subscriber. 

I would hate to lose a source of readers by removing a checkbox

Yeah, we should condense it so that the last section is about newsletters in general and has two check boxes rather than adding a new section with a separate check box. 

Something like:

=Subscribe

[] Send me period news about Firefox OS, Firefox Marketplace, and Open Web Apps.
[] Add me to the MDN contributor mailing list so I can see discussions on documentation efforts and meet some of the other MDN contributors.
