callUrls.webAppUrl should now be https://hello.firefox.com/#call/{token} rather than https://call.mozilla.com/#call/{token}. We need this for the uplift of Fx beta 35.

thanks james, Dev and Stage servers don't need to reflect these config changes nope, hello.firefox.com is only for prod.

This config change has been made in puppet. It will be deployed to prod with the 0.12.4 release.
