Steps to reproduce:
Double left-click on the foreground tab to scroll to the top of the page.
Actual results:
Nothing.
Expected results:
Scroll to the top of the page.

Please provide a description of what you would like to achieve, and why. A user story is an effective way of conveying this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_story
Also, why don't you use your keyboard's "Home" key?

I am not going to write an essay why this would be a nice feature. iOS works that way, you tap on the top and the page scrolls up. This would be an intuitive enhancement for anyone who has used iOS.
Reaching for the keyboard and searching for the HOME key is much slower than a double click.
