steps to reproduce:
1. Search for :paid apps on your dev marketplace
2. Click the buy button on one of the listed apps
3. Sign in using FxA
4. In the Create a PIN screen, click on "Terms" and "Privacy Policy"

expected behavior:
Links to "Terms" and "Privacy Policy" work

actual behavior:
Nothing happens on clicking "Terms" and "Privacy Policy" links. Just the keyboard comes up.
