Details
At the moment, we measure some things with Google Analytics that we don't measure with Optimizely. We also measure some things with Optimizely that we don't measure with Google Analytics. We should ensure that all existing metrics are available to both services, and should also work to ensure this parity moving forward.
We should send one Optimizely trackEvent for each GA trackEvent, and vice-versa. We should also convert Optimizely platform-side metrics (for example, click goals and the like that were created through the Optimizely interface) into something that can be used by both services.

Note to self: May want to rename data-optimizely-hook to something more general in the process.

We've removed Optimizely integration in https://github.com/mozilla/kuma/pull/4517
