1084363 - [Loop] New String required to update Loop app to the latest version

When Loop app is launched we need to compare the installed app version with the latest version available in the Market Place.  In case they are different we should ask the user to download the latest Loop app version.

We need to launch the string so localization team can start working asap, the functionality development will be done during next week.

Strings to use:
English: "Required update: There is an update with new features. Do you want to download it? This update is required to continue using Firefox Hello"

Español: "Actualización obligatoria: Hay una nueva actualización con nuevas funcionalidades. ¿Quieres descargártela? Esta actualización es necesaria para continuar utilizando Firefox Hello"

Cristian, I forgot to mention in the description that the screen, showing the message, will have also two buttons so user can choose between "Cancel/Cancelar" and "Download/Descargar" options.

Ensure, please, that these strings are also included. Thanks a lot!!
