I have no idea if I file this enhancement in the right project.
Actually it's an enhancement for OpenOffice Address book import/ linking, 
however, there I was told that OpenOffice uses mozilla 
libraries to access the different address book types - mozilla has the 
code to bridge the data through a common interface. 
What I'm missing is the import of the Palm OS addressbook. I think with some 
thousands of Palms out there, there might be quite a few people interrested in 
linking the Palm address database to OpenOffice, or actually probably also to 
mozilla.
