Steps to reproduce:
Slow scrolling and several elements are missing. Please see screenshots. Works fine in Opera. Galaxy S4 (4.4.4)

I see this on my Nexus 5 (Android 4.4.4). I just don't think the page is optimized very well for mobile. This can probably be duped to various other existing open bugs for animations.

Quick investigation shows that the <ul class="hourly"> on their website is too wide since it contains a bunch of 44-pixel wide <li> elements horizontally. In other browsers this appears to have a smaller width (maybe they're using overflow:hidden or a max-width somewhere), and touch event handlers to handle scrolling it. In Firefox the width is too wide but based on the CSS I see in the inspector we're doing the right thing. This is likely an evangelism issue.
