An input field of type "checkbox" with the checked attribute set by default does
not show checkmark.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. load test case, or any form where you expect checked checkboxes.

Actual Results:  Checked checkbox is not shown with checkmark.
If you submit form, checkboxes are reported as unchecked.

Expected Results:  Checkmark is shown

Works fine with older build: 2001102903
