 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
  It flash when tap language key
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
  Precondition:
  1.select some language keyboard in settings
  Step:
  1.enter into any edit screen,such as create a new message
  2.tap[language key]on keyboard -> it flash --> KO
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
  KO:it won't flash when tap language key turn to other language keyboard
  
  USER IMPACT:
  moderate
 
  REPRODUCING RATE:
  5/5

Dear  Wesly Huang,

I have attached the original video for this issue.

And I found if I remove the following code in function setLayoutFrameActive(apps/system/js/keyboad_manager.js), the keyboard will not flash:
    if (frame.setVisible) {
      frame.setVisible(active);
    }

Could you help find someone to take a look it? Thanks!
