I don't see any reason why test_inbox_to_settings is not enabled on CI. I tested it manually and it's fine. Let's give it a try and see if we can enable it.
I tried to run test_inbox_to_settings.py on latest desktopb2g, but the test failed because Message settings option is not displayed in Settings app.
Ok.. let's wontfix then :)

That's why SIM Manager, Call Settings and Cellular & Data is not there, either, I guess.
