When dragging a new message from my Inbox to my "Important" folder, it always
gets marked as read. I have to go back into my Important folder and mark it as
unread.

The action click, drag, release shouldn't mark something as read. Currently we
must be marking it on mouse-down not mouse-up.
I think this is a dup.
