The status/resolution/platform/.... table in queryhelp.cgi is hardcoded instead
of getting the values from the database. When we already get a lot of other
values from the database it makes sense to get these too, imo.

I am already doing this for resolutions over at bug #94534. Statuses will
likely be changing for 2.18 over at bug #101179 and platforms over at bug
#17453.
