108599 - Duplicate Mail Accounts on Get Msgs button; No messages delivered on startup

I set up my two accounts and they were fine on this button. Then after 
terminating mozilla, they became duplicated. My two accounts were OPT, Yahoo. 
Now it says OPT, OPT, Yahoo, Yahoo. Yet in the settings there is only 1 of 
each. Also when mail starts up and checks for messages, if it finds them it 
only beeps, it doesn't tell me i have new messages or anything, so i have to 
manually click the button to download them off the server. Also i checked on 
this using Netscape 6.2 and both of those things work in that version. 
(Mozilla 0.9.4.1)

double entries in get msg dropdown is dup of bug 100952.

Reporter: have you checked the box for server setting to "Automatically download
any new messages" ?
