[Loop] Incorrect behavior when picking up a call after the caller has disconected by a network error

Details
Prerequisite:
- two devices connected to different networks
Str:
- Phone A makes a call to phone B
- A's router is turned off before B picks up
- on phone A the message "Call endend by network disconnection" is shown
- on phone B the incoming call will keep ringing for a while after the router is turned off. Then B picks up the call
Expect result:
- B is informed that the call has ended (in some way, closing the app or whatever)
Actual result
- in phone B will show the message "connecting" and after a little time the call will be ended
