Email body text display alternates between LTR and RTL when the language is set to Arabic. See attached screenshots for both LTR and RTL alignment. 

It appears that rich vs. plain text in the original message may affect this, but that idea needs to be verified.

Expected: All email body text should read RTL when language is set to Arabic.

I believe the expectation is that if the user inputted data (in this case an email message text) was done in an LTR language, the message should be shown aligned left to match that user intent. However, if the user input was RTL, the body text should be right aligned, to match the original user input.

So I would like to close this bug as working as designed, and open specific bugs on mismatches of LTR viewed in RTL or vice versa as separate bugs once the initial email RTL changes land (which will be tracked in bug 1064617).

The commit in bug 1064617 comment 11 uses dir=auto for the body text for text plain emails, to reflect original email author's language intent. Bug 1099449 will track fixing up the issues with HTML emails, so closing this out as its own bug.

This problem is verified pass on latest build of Flame2.2
Per Comment#2, my verified result is the same as James said in Comment#2, when the sender inputted email message text with RTL language, received the mail on Flame2.2, the mail body text aligned RTL; when the sender inputted email message text with LTR language, received the mail on Flame2.2, the mail body text aligned LTR;
