From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.5) Gecko/20011012 BuildID: 2001101201 While I can "kill" a news thread by subject, I cannot "kill" (or filter out) a specific news author. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start mozilla's mail/news task 2. Try to set up a filter If this is actually possible, I haven't found a way to do it.
There is no way to do this since we don't have filtering for news implemented. I don't believe there are any definitive plans to do so in the coming months.
