108721 - Can't download files from JavaSoft

Description

I go to http://java.sun.com/j2ee/download.html#platformspec
There I select file format PDF and click on the continue button to download the
j2ee platform specification.
The next page shows several buttons for downloads. Clicking on any of those
should start the download, but this doesn't work. I only get Document: Done
(0.39 secs) in the status bar.
With IE 5.0 and NS 4.73 everything works fine.
I have build id 2001101117.

HTTP download doesn't work either?
Tried removing old PDF plugins?
Tried with a new profile?

I see the same behaviour, using Build ID 2001 11 30 03 / Windows 2000.

Neither HTTP nor FTP download works.
Has obviously nothing to do with PDF, since selecting PostScript
in the ComboBox doesn't improve the situation.

Nothing in JavaScript console.

Sorry, the build id should be 2001 __10__ 30 03 of course...

reproduced bug on my system
the FTP and HTTP download doesn't work.
I have:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.5) Gecko/20011011
