In Bulgarian the line "browsing privacy" is going beyond the screen and "app permissions" are truncated

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141020001201
2) Go to settings 
3) Scroll down to browsing privacy 


Actual:
Text is going off screen and truncated 


Expected:
text displays correctly

the issue also occurs on Flame 2.0 

App permissions is truncated

I think this is something UX can fix.
Not marking as blocker given this also happens on 2.0, but it's still pretty important since Bulgarian is a critical shipping locale for Tako

Truncation is acceptable; running off the screen is not. Flagging Helen to advise a visual adjustment for Settings, if a different string cannot be used.

App permission and browsing privacy, these labels can be shown on two lines to fit. One thing need to be noticed is leaving 2.2rem space before icons or toggles. Please take a look the attachment. Let me know if any question.

Since both are in "Privacy & Security" section, the labels are changed to "Apps" and "Browsing". This is the only solution if there are no extending to two lines.
