Description:
In Bulgarian the line "browsing privacy" is going beyond the screen and "app permissions" are truncated

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141020001201
2) Go to settings 
3) Scroll down to cellular & data
4) Go to sim settings > apn settings >Tethering settings


Actual:
Text is going off screen and truncated 


Expected:
text displays correctly
