lorchard, your screenshot only showed 7 tiles instead of the expected 9. Did you click (x) on the whimsy or festival tile?
Nope. I downloaded the browser, started it up, created a fresh profile, created a new tab, took a screenshot
I'll run through it one more time to be sure my steps are exact... * Start browser * Delete testing profile * Create testing profile * Answer "No" to default browser prompt * Answer "Not now" to the "Take a quick tour" prompt * Open new tab * What I see is: http://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2798055/Screenshots/zTei.png In retrospect, I probably shouldn't have deleted that first testing profile.
FWIW, I just tried all the above again - except I kept the previous profile, though still created a new fresh one. This time I saw: http://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2798055/Screenshots/Pnyt.png I've tried restarting & creating new profiles a few times now, and I can't reproduce the blank tiles.

Thanks lorchard. I suppose without the original profile with the 2 missing tiles, and your repeated tests show all 9 expected tiles, we'll mark this WFM for now.

Well, actually, I did have an attempt that showed only 1 tile in comment #2. I just couldn't reproduce it.
