Details
Need to either add the handlers to the ObjectActor's grip.promiseState or make a new RDP request for the handlers.

Not sure.
The VariableView is only used in DOM panel now, and we do show the Promise state and value (the value can't be expanded though).

Moving to the DOM panel as it's VariableView related and only the DOM panel uses the VariableView now

erratum: this should have been moved to the storage inspector, which is the last consumer of the variable view
