Given that this is a version bump only, which should have no effect for the tree, I pushed the release to PYPI:

Submitting dist/manifestparser-0.8.tar.gz to https://pypi.python.org/pypi
Server response (200): OK

Sorry, there should have been a DONTBUILD suffix in the commit message to not let it build and tested. I missed that to add and just noticed it now when checking tpbl. :S
