108783 - Provide additional installer components

At present, CCK supports installers for only 2 components. Provide ability to
include installers for more components.

Currently the Wizard screen does not have enough space to add even one
more component.

A possible suggestion is to create additional screens.  Currently the
list of standard components is a scrolling list, if we had more room
then the user could see the whole list without scrolling.  How about
replacing the "Create the Installer" screen with 3 screens:

  Select Components
      Allows selection of standard components (same as now, but with
          more space we can avoid scrolling)
      Provides description (same as now)
      Provides size (new feature)
    
  Add Custom Components
      Allows adding custom components.  Depending upon how we lay
          out the screen, should be allow at least 6.

  Build Installer
      Config Summary (new)
          Version, Platform, Language
          Total Size
          List of Components
      Show Config Info button
          Shows raw detail (same as now)

We had been told that a vendor doing customization had requested this.
I pinged the customer and this is the response:

There still might be others who need this.  Let's see what feedback we get.

But I still would like to see my other suggestions of providing the component
size info and a summary of the customizations.  Maybe that should be another
bug report?

If we are to stay with the current option of two addt'l components, let's close 
this bug. We can open another for the component size info and a c11n summary.

Resolving this for now as Remind per 4/16 CCK bug triaging. Will re-open if it 
seems necessary to include more than two addt'l app's in the future.

Marking fixed. This is one of those bugs which was marked REMIND earlier and
automatically changed resloution during bugzilla upgrade

REMIND and LATER are going away and are no longer legal resolutions.
Reopening for proper resolution per Asa Dotzler.

If this bug has been dealt with, please re-resolve it with the correct
resolution.  If it has not, and you still want it off your current buglist,
please set the target milestone to Future.
