Details
After trying to buy an app the second time via FxA you hit a USER_HASH_UNSET error. This is because the implied login doesn't set the user_hash to false in app.session.

Verified as fixed in MP-stage app on FF OS 1.4 (Inari).
The error is no longer displayed.
